Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped. Once the order is packed and handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened and in its original tamper-proof packaging.
• Refunds are not applicable for opened/used capsule packs due to the personal nature of the product.
• Damaged, wrong or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and product photograph.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds typically reflect faster.

Email us at lambaghodacontact26@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason and supporting photos/video. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable

Change of mind after 24 hours, delays caused by incorrect address supplied by the customer, or refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for a refund.
